FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:
Q: Do you take reservations?
A: No. We only accept reservations for our large-party table in our semi-private room, which can seat 10-16 guests. We require a deposit to hold your reservation. If you are interested in reserving our large-party table, please call (603)356-5542. All other restaurant seating is first come first serve.
Q: When is the best time to call?
A: The best time to call our restaurant is anytime between 3pm to 5pm, Tuesdays through Thursdays. Our phone lines get very busy on weekends. If no one can get to your call, please leave a message with your name and number. We are closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Q: Do you have outdoor seating?
A: Yes, our Beer Garden and Patio are open during the summer season, weather permitting. Full dinner service is available at our Patio tables and Container Bar only. We do not accept reservations for any of our outdoor seating.
Q: Do you host live music?
A: We occasionally host live music outside in the beer garden during the summer season. We are unable to host live music indoors.
Q: Are dogs allowed?
A: In the summer, our outdoor patio area is dog-friendly. All dogs must remain on a leash at all times. Only service animals are permitted inside the restaurant to accompany an individual with a disability.
Q: Do you have gluten-free menu options?
A: Yes, please ask your server about our gluten-free options.
Q: What if I, or someone I am with, has a food allergy?
A: Please let both the host and your server know about any serious food allergies upon arrival. If you have any questions or concerns, please call the restaurant ahead of time to speak with a manager.
Q: When does the kitchen close?
A: The kitchen closes at 9PM, the same time that the restaurant closes.
Q: Is it busy around 7PM on a Saturday?
A: Yes... Yes, it is usually very busy…
Q: How long is the wait?
A: Wait times may vary from 10 minutes to over an hour, depending. Your wait time will be determined by the length of our waitlist, the amount of staff we have working that evening, and table turnover. There are many other fantastic places to eat in the Mt. Washington Valley, and if our wait times are too long, we’d be happy to refer you to another restaurant nearby.
